John Riordan is participating in the US Poker Open 10,000 $ Big Bet Mix tournament

US Poker Open Continued on Monday with the completion of the $12, buy-in to the Big Bet Mix tournament which was drawn by 48 players to create a total prize pool of $480,000.

Ultimately, the title went to Florida poker pro John Riordan who scooped a $150,200 for a victory. It was the second-highest tournament score of Riordan's career, earning $210,180 for winning WSOP Circuit Main event in 600.

The last seven players ended up cash with Majid Yahyaei busted on the bubble to ensure the rest of the players had at least the minimum cash of $029,163.

Sean PerryThe tournament format consisted of three games: no-limit hold'em, pot-limit Omaha and no-limit 2-7 lowball. While Sean Perry claimed he didn't really know how to play 2-7, that didn't stop him from gaining a huge chip lead on his way to the final table.

son WSOPSean Perry Bracelet winner Ralph Perry has had an amazing streak recently, scoring ten final tables since early March with two wins. All of these cash prizes were in the $10 events, buy-in or higher, making him $ 1.8 million in 2011 earnings.

Although he was unable to convert his chip lead to a win this time, he finished second for another $100,600 and 210 Card player Player of the Year Points. Perry is currently fourth in the table.

Other finalists include Jeremy Ausmus (7th), Jim Collopy (6th), Brian Okin (5th), Maxx Coleman (4th), and Alex Foxen (3rd).
